At 25, he leaves his job, tinkers his car and starts turning the national parks of the US...

At the age of 25, John Charles Putrino was a young American just as there are millions of them. He had his job (buyer of construction vehicles,). But one day, he decided to plunge everything to live his dream: to tour the United States and discover his country...

For his adventure, he set himself the goal of keeping a simple mind and spending a minimum of money. So, rather than buying a van as some do, it made him the choice to fit his van. This is a Dodge Ram 1500 model.

By investing only 290 USD, he finally managed to create his small house. Inside, John Charles Putrino will be able to heat, to cook and of course to sleep like a baby with a two-seat mattress. And that does not stop there ! To perfect his installation and succeed in living in such a small area, he thought of placing two huge storage drawers under the bed's location.

Then comes the moment to set a course, and to wonder what course he wishes to achieve. Being a fan of great spaces, of silence and passionate of nature, it is in all logic that he decided to visit the most beautiful national parks of the country! To begin his journey, the young traveler from the city of Naples (Florida) set sail to Congaree National Park, a beautiful protected natural sanctuary in South Carolina, north of Florida. 98% of the park is inaccessible by car, a bargain for John Charles Putrino.

"Many of my friends travel abroad to visit other places, but none of them really know our country. So I decided to take the lead. We have varied landscapes and so much to discover. I love being on the road and sailing according to my own desires. I recommend to all those who have a limited budget to travel to try the experiment, "said John Charles Putrino.
